Extracurricular Classes

Open to the general public, our extracurricular classes offer additional opportunities to explore and expand your mind-body-spirit connection.

  • Ages 15 and Up
  • Adult WKFA members
  • Non-members welcome!

Extracurricular Class Rates

  • Drop-In Per Class: $22
  • 5 Classes: $100
    Expire 8 weeks after purchase.
  • 10 Classes: $180
    Expire 3 months after purchase.

How to Attend

  1. Register to participate in yoga by completing the Registration Form below >
  2. Pay by cash, cheque (to Waterloo Kung-Fu Academy), or e-transfer (to info@waterlookungfu.com).
  3. Sign Up for Each Class at least 24 hours in advance. (After registering, you will receive a link to the sign-up form.) If you have purchased a package of classes, signing up will deduct a class from your pass.
  4. Sign In at Each Class: Upon arrival, before entering class, please sign in on the computer at the entrance. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to sign in and set up your space.

Notes:

  • HST will be added at purchase.
  • Classes require a minimum of 2 participants to run.
  • Once registered, you will receive a link to sign up to each class you plan to attend.
  • Late Policy: To ensure comfort and focus for all, attendees who arrive more than 10-minutes after the class begins will be prohibited from joining.
  • Class Passes: Signing up for a class deducts that class from your pass, even if you are unable to attend.

Kripalu Yoga

Kripalu Yoga is a gentle, compassionate, accessible form of Hatha Yoga that emphasizes self-acceptance over physical perfection and nurtures the mind-body-spirit connection through breathwork (pranayama), postures (asanas), and relaxation (savasana).

Yoga Class Schedule

Tuesdays: 10:00am–11:00am

Wednesdays: 6:30am–7:30am

Thursdays: 12:00pm–1:00pm

Calendar Note: No yoga classes Tuesday March 17 or Thursday March 19 due to March Break Camp.
