Yoga has played an integral part of my life, guiding me on and off the mat. I am very grateful to be able to share my over 20-year love of yoga by creating a fun, non-judgmental, non-competitive, peaceful space in which to practice—a space where you feel at ease and the focus is on creating harmony in your body through self care, body acceptance, and self contentment.
