Our annual March Break Camp provides a fantastic week of fun!

Five-Day Camp: Mon, March 10 – Fri, March 14, 2025

Drop off: 8:30am – 8:45am
Camp Begins: 8:45am
Camp Ends: 11:45am
Pick up: 11:45am – 12:00pm

Ages 4–10:

WKFA Little Ninja & Youth Students, Buddies, Family Members (Ages 4–10) are welcome—camp is open to non-training family members and buddies!

Cost:

Weekly cost: $275 +HST
Subsequent Children in Same Family $235 +HST

Daily cost: $55 +HST
Subsequent Children in Same Family $47 +HST

Daily Events:

Shaolin Five Animal Kung-Fu: Each morning, campers will learn about one of the Five Kung-Fu Animals in our style—Tiger, Leopard, Snake, Crane, and Dragon—through technical instruction, obstacle courses, games, crafts, and collaborative activities!

Craft: Related to the animal of the day.

Nutritious Snack: Please bring your own healthy snack and water bottle.

Shaolin Five Animal Kung-Fu:

The Tiger teaches us strength.
The Leopard teaches us power.
The Snake teaches us suppleness and rhythmic endurance.
The Crane teaches us grace and fluidic harmony.
The Dragon teaches us to ride the wind.

I wanted to pass a thank-you onto your team who hosted the March Break camp for the kids. My sons both really enjoyed it, and came home every day excited. They woke up each morning excited to go back. They came home on Friday with giant paper dragons. They added more pieces to their dragons and also helped make one for their little sister! They are hanging proudly in our recroom.

I think the instructors did a really good job with them this week, and I felt it was important to let you all know. It’s not easy to both entertain and teach young kids for long stretches of time over the course of several days, but they did a wonderful job. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than one month before camp are eligible for full refund of camp fee.

One month before (February 10, 2025): Cancellations after this date will result in 50% of the camp fee refunded as tuition credit to the Waterloo Kung-Fu Academy, where applicable. The other 50% will be retained as a Cancellation Fee. If payment was not yet submitted, the 50% Cancellation Fee will still be charged.

One week before (March 3, 2025): Cancellations after this date will result in complete forfeiture of camp fees; no refunds available.
