Adult-Beginner Classes
Introducing adult students to the martial art of kung-fu.
Geared to all adults of varying abilities and ages, the adult-beginner class is specifically designed to introduce the student to the martial art of kung-fu. Each class provides a moderate workout at a pace that the novice student can adjust to their own ability. See the Adult-Beginner Novice I Schedule below.
Students learn the foundational stances, strikes, blocks and their first form. During these orientation classes, you will have time to learn the traditions and etiquette of the Academy. You will enjoy the camaraderie with other adult students as you all begin your kung-fu journey together, often resulting in friendships that last for years to come.
After attending 6 of the Adult Beginner Novice I classes, students are welcome to also attend any of the Adult Mixed daytime classes; for more details, see the Adult-All Classes page.
