Introducing adult students to the martial art of kung-fu.
Geared to all adults of varying abilities and ages, the adult-beginner class is specifically designed to introduce the student to the martial art of kung-fu. Each class provides a moderate workout at a pace that the novice student can adjust to their own ability. See the Adult-Beginner Schedule below.
Students learn the foundational stances, strikes, blocks and their first form. During these orientation classes, you will have time to learn the traditions and etiquette of the Academy. You will enjoy the camaraderie with other adult students as you all begin your kung-fu journey together, often resulting in friendships that last for years to come.
After attending six of the Adult Beginner Novice I classes, students are welcome to also attend any of the seven adult daytime classes; for times, please see below or refer to Adult-All.
Adult classes are open to male and female teens and adults 15 years and older.
