Reflecting on a summer well spent, our family was thankful for the physical abilities training Kung Fu gave us, allowing us to really take on some fun and active recreation.
Although the feeling is perennial, this Spring was truly one of the busiest and most positive!
The adversity of winter is also an invitation to discover who you are and what you can rise from and, dare I say, thrive in!
