You are probably all familiar with the term, “you can talk the talk; but can you walk the walk?” In other words, can you take the action to back up the words that you speak, or, one of my favorite expressions, don’t tell me; show me.
While taking breaks can be important, practicing your Kung Fu during the summer is an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills and improve both your physical and mental health. It also gives you a chance to enjoy the weather, keep in touch with friends and pass the time in a productive way!
WKFA has four different programs, each designed for a specific age range; however it is not necessary to move to the next program immediately after your child’s birthday.
In part two of our series on weapons, we dive further into weapon use for more experienced students. The information here may be more applicable to our advanced students, but it can still be a beneficial read for novice and intermediate students to get excited for what lies ahead.
