This February has been much busier than normal, with new students joining all of our age programs. I would like to formally welcome all of the new families to the Academy! We will do our best to give you the best possible introduction to kung-fu and we hope it becomes a lifelong activity that you can benefit from and enjoy!
It’s hard to believe we are almost through the Fall! Many exciting events are coming up. I sincerely hope that everyone has a great finish to 2015 and an even better start to the new year!

Every time I sit down to write my column I’m amazed by everything that has occurred over the three months between writing! Right around when the last newsletter was sent, my family welcomed to the world our third child, Sarah Nicole. March Break featured our Five-Animal Camp under the guidance of Sifus Sydney, Sarah and Anne. Add to that the tournament season, lion dances and more!…
The summer seemed to go by amazingly quick, mainly due to many highlights, the biggest of which was the seminar conducted by shaolin monk, Shifu Yuan Jing on the evening of Aug.18.
