A shout-out to our wonderful instructors and assistant instructors: Thanks, from all of us for your hard work and dedication to WKFA kids!
Through practice, we retain the knowledge of the forms, but also the good memories of the martial artists behind them.
It might take longer when you take responsibility and do it yourself, but after a lot of practice it becomes easier (just like Kung Fu!!!).
Failure, and growth from failure, are not just parts of Kung Fu, but are key components of life in general.
It takes a lot of motivation to be a dedicated martial artist.
The best foundation to help your child succeed is good nutrition.
Remember as a student of Kung Fu, your attitude and your character will always be more important than your skills as a martial artist.
The most important things in Kung Fu have nothing to do with rank.
“You don’t get better on the days that you feel like going; you get better on the days that you don’t want to go but you go anyway! If you can overcome the negative energy coming from your tired body or unmotivated mind, you will grow and become better.” ~ Georges St. Pierre
